How it works

One-to-one, tailored to where you get stuck

Founders and investors get stuck in different places. Some are chronically over-activated, some scattered, some brilliant but cut off from their bodies, some driven by fear of failure. We start by finding your bottleneck and work there.

The process

  1. Discovery call

A conversation about your work, your energy and what you want to change. We see whether there is a good fit.

  2. Mapping your flow

We look closely at recent moments of open flow and of gripping: what the body was doing, where attention was, what happened to your sense of self. This shows where to begin.

  3. Practice in session

Short, precise practices: centring, standing and moving meditation, attention training, parts work, open awareness. Each one is chosen for your bottleneck, not taken from a fixed script.

  4. Bridges into real work

Five to twenty minutes you can actually use: before a pitch, a hard conversation, a board meeting or a block of deep work.

  5. Review and refine

Each session starts from what happened in your actual week, so the practice stays grounded in your life rather than in theory.

Widening the flow channel

Flow usually appears when challenge and skill are balanced. Part of this training is widening that window at both ends.

When things are easy, deep attentiveness keeps work alive instead of dull, so you don’t drift into boredom and impatience. When things are hard, centring, softening and letting mistakes happen let you keep moving instead of locking up.

Who this is for

Founders, investors and leaders who already work with intensity and want it to be more sustainable, clearer and more their own. Previous meditation experience helps but is not needed.

This is coaching and contemplative training, not therapy. If something comes up that needs therapeutic support, I will say so and help you find it.

Questions

Where do sessions take place?

Online, by video call. Most of the practices are designed to be done at your desk, standing in a room or on a short walk.

How often do we meet?

Usually every two weeks, over a focused series of sessions. We agree the rhythm that suits you on the discovery call.

What does it cost?

Fees depend on the format we agree and are shared openly on the discovery call.

Is this Buddhist?

The methods come largely from Vipassanā, an insight meditation tradition, and from somatics and movement. You don’t need to adopt any beliefs. Where traditional terms help, I explain them in plain language.

How is this different from mindset coaching?

Mindset work changes how you think about pressure. This work also changes how your body holds it, how steady your attention is and how clearly you sense what’s going on. Insight tends to last longer when it is felt as well as understood.
